Yes, MoveUrPony does offer insurance for the trailers they rent out. Trailer Insurance is offered as part of the rental package, providing coverage for damages or loss while the trailer is in your possession. In addition to the standard insurance, MoveUrPony also provides the option to buy supplemental liability insurance for extra protection. This ensures that you can have peace of mind knowing that you are covered in the event of any unforeseen circumstances during the rental period. Our commitment to providing comprehensive insurance options is in line with our dedication to offering a worry-free and safe trailer rental experience for all of our customers.

Yes, deposits are $250 and are required for every booking. If the trailer is returned in the same condition as when it was picked up and there are no other discrepancies, you will receive the full deposit back - any SunPass Tolls, Cleaning Fees, Ext.. Deposit refunds are processed within 7-10 days after trailer is returned. It may take 5-10 days before the deposit refund appears on your bank statement.
Every Trailer has a walk around inspection between rentals. On a Monthly basis Trailers are inspected Lights, Bearings, Tire Pressure to make sure all equipment is safe. Yearly/Bi-Yr they are full inspected and maintenance by a local Professional. Please let us know if you would like to see the trailer Maintenance logs for any Rental Trailer. Available by Request.
Please let us know if you have any concerns or find anything that should be brought to our attention during your rental.
All Trailer Plates are registered under are Sun Pass account. Typically it takes 7-10 business days for them to update the toll-By-Plate on the Account. As soon as these come in we will deduct any tolls incurred during your rental period from your deposit.
If you have a Working transponder it may pick up the charges for the vehicle and trailer and charge to your account.
